Hello! I'm Evan Morgan-Newpher and I'd like to introduce myself!

I got my start teaching myself how to bake while watching the Great British Baking Show in 2015. With lots of practice, many failed bakes, and a move into a bigger kitchen, I was able to hone my craft - really starting to excel with all sorts of baked goods.

In 2021, I was cast on Season 3 of the CW's (Food Network Canada) Great Chocolate Showdown where I battled all the way to the finale against 9 other bakers from across North America. From that point forward, I've been determined to open my own baking business and to deliver delicious treats to as many people as possible. And thus, Evanly Bakes was born!
